Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

During this time, your order is prepared and handed over to our shipping partner.

Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during holidays, peak shopping periods, customs delays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is available for orders shipped to:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada

There is no additional shipping charge at checkout for standard delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges depending on the destination country's regulations.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Atelier Beauté does not control these charges and cannot guarantee whether or when they may be applied.

Delivery Issues

If your order appears to be delayed, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us, as tracking information may occasionally take time to update.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors and your local delivery carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

If an order has already been shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Atelier Beauté may not be able to replace or refund the order.
